Entry fees & cancelation policy *
in our specific rules & regulations, participants must complete their entry on the ffgolf website. Unless indicated otherwise, individual championship entry fees for non-ffgolf licence holders are : :
a. 120€ per player
For doubles championships the entry fees are :

The refund conditions for entry fees are as follows :
All withdrawals must be notified before the start of the championship. If notified by telephone, it must be confirmed in writing within 48 hours or immediately by e-mail (inscription@ffgolf.org).
Withdrawals before the entries’ closing date :
• Entry fees are returned to the player in full.
after the entries’ closing date
• Between the closing date and 15 days before the beginning of the championship, 50% of the entry fees will be returned to the player.
• within less than 15 days before the beginning of the championship, entry fees remain acquired in full by the ffgolf.

Personal data :
In accordance with your participation in the competitions organized by the ffgolf, the collected personal data are the subject of a computerized processing and are intended for the sporting services of the ffgolf, to the deconcentrated organs and clubs of reception of the competition. The finalities of treatment are the following: registration, management and monitoring of competitions, sports history (updating of the index), information on the competition, information for the purposes of compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations of the ffgolf archiving.
The shelf life of the data collected may differ depending on the treatments.
