Pour permettre à la ffgolf de communiquer sur les performances de la sportive et ses activités et, le cas échéant, en tant que sportif/Sportive de Haut Niveau, le sportif ou la sportive et ses représentants légaux autorisent la ffgolf à exploiter les droits d’utilisation de ses « Attributs de la Personnalité », pendant une durée de deux ans, pour le monde entier, exclusivement dans le cadre de la promotion et de la publicité des activités, produits ou services de la ffgolf et toute opération de communication.

Les « Attributs de la Personnalité » désignent :
    - L’image sous toutes ses formes ;
    - La signature ;
    - L’identité (Nom / Prénom) ;
    - La voix ;
    - Les résultats sportifs.

L’utilisation des Attributs de la Personnalité est autorisée sur tout support, tout format et par tout moyen connu ou à connaître.

Cette autorisation emporte la possibilité pour la ffgolf d’apporter à toute fixation d’un Attribut de la Personnalité et notamment de son image avec toute adjonction, suppression et/ou modification qu’il jugera utile dès lors qu’il n’entraine aucun préjudice pour la sportive.

L’autorisation d’utilisation des Attributs de la Personnalité est accordée pour une exploitation, dans le cadre de la promotion de la ffgolf, de ses produits et de ses services, à destination de ses clubs et licenciés, partenaires et médias, sur les supports suivants : Presse, affiches, affichettes, cartes postales, télévision, quel que soit son mode de diffusion (par voie hertzienne, par satellite, par Internet, …) cinéma, radio, Internet, réseaux sociaux, messages, SMS, MMS et/ou vocaux, PLV, support vidéographique et/ou photographique et/ou multimédia (CD, DVD …).

In accordance with your participation in the competitions organized by the ffgolf, the collected personal data are the subject of a computerized processing and are intended for the sporting services of the ffgolf, to the deconcentrated organs and clubs of reception of the competition. The finalities of treatment are the following: registration, management and monitoring of competitions, sports history (updating of the index), information on the competition, information for the purposes of compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations of the ffgolf archiving.
The shelf life of the data collected may differ depending on the treatments.
